Transcript:

So this evening, Guru Grantham Rinpoche will be giving a teaching which was discussed during the main part of the Vajrayogini teaching itself, when it was described that there's two ways of showing the nature of ultimate reality, the nature of one's own mind, and that these are actually by, first of all, showing through an indirect method, and also through showing a direct method. So the indirect method was shown the other day at the time of It was described, a method was described on how to realize the nature of mind through various practices. And this evening, Ramakrita will be giving a teaching, short teaching, which is known as the direct method of revealing the ultimate reality or the Dhamma-dhāt. Or in other words, also actually it's just an introduction to the true nature of one's own mind, to showing the nature of one's mind. This actually is just to show that with the front creation or a mandala, actually on the table in front of Ramachandra, there's a small mandala plate, a flat mandala plate, you can see it, made out of silver there.

[01:13]

But this is known as the front creation mandala. And from that, or using that as a symbol or a sign, or like a symbol, the nature of authority is pointed towards. one's own mind. And this is to show, actually, the nature of one's own mind, the nature of all phenomena in this world of reality, or this world we hold to be real, which is of the nature of mind itself. This mind itself, then, is really of the nature of emptiness, that it has no origination, it has no abiding, it has no cessation, that it has never arisen, it has never cessated, and it has no present abiding whatsoever. So this nature of mind, actually, is what is known as the method, the true nature of mind itself, which is completely void of all conceptual extremes, which transcends all manner of speech or thinking or all manner of conceptualizing whatsoever.

[02:25]

So that's actually, that is what is taught, that's what's going to be taught this evening. So in order to do this, first of all, there is the mandala, making the mandala offering in order to request the teaching, and then in order to request the teaching itself. come to understand the true nature of your own mind or to understand the Mahamudra, or the ultimate realization of ultimate reality, nature of one's own mind, first of all

[03:27]

So in order to recite the second full prayer, to visualize, the Buddha in front of you is not different from actually in the form of Bhakti-yogini himself. So the Buddha in the form of Bhakti-yogini is surrounded by countless buddhas and bodhisattvas, tantric deities, dakinis, yoginis, tapas, and dharma protectors. And then to this shrine of Bhakti-yogini, the Buddha in the form of Bhakti-yogini,
